How do I place a return or exchange?
We are bummed your order didn’t meet your expectations. Please reach out to info@kaliprotectives.ca with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we will be happy to sort that out for you.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure you save the box your helmet came in and have your order number ready in order to place your return. Then shoot us an email and we will handle the rest. You will be refunded in full using the same form of payment used to place the order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oops, sorry about that. Please contact us at info@kaliprotectives.com and we will be happy to sort that out for you.

Shipping Policy
Shipping within Canada only.
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more (before taxes). For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping.
Carrier Information.
We use trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
